Chauncy Vale is located in the hills to the east of Bagdad, just 40 km from Hobart and 48 km from Oatlands.

Chauncy Vale Road is well marked on the Midland Highway at Bagdad. Take Chauncy Vale Road and go to the end where you will find the reserve.
